The NCBTMB has asked for a breakdown of my ethics hours, what ethics hours
relate to which Standards of Practice of the NCBTMB?
Will you
report my CE hours to the NCBTMB or my state board?
How do your courses work?
When you order (either
online or over the phone), all materials needed to complete your course
are included as well as a certificate of achievement and live phone
support. For courses 1-4 CE hours in length, you have the option of
having your materials either emailed to you or mailed to you. For
courses 6 CE hours or more in length, materials are mailed to you via
postal service priority mail. If you own the textbooks used in any of
the courses, the cost of the textbook can be deducted and the course can
either be mailed to you or emailed to you. After you receive your
materials, you complete the coursework (reading and exam) at your own
pace and then return your answer sheet and course evaluation by fax or
mail to us for grading. A certificate of achievement is then mailed to
you. All courses are home study, textbook based except for the Chair
Massage and Sports Massage courses which use a DVD.
Can I fax my answer sheet and course evaluation? Yes, you can
fax your answer sheets and course evaluations to 605-761-0418. If you would like a copy of your
certificate faxed to you right away, please indicate so and
provide a fax back number. An original will
always be mailed to you.
After I place an order, how long will it take to receive my course?
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Courses ordered before 2:00 pm central standard time will be shipped the same day. Courses ordered after 2:00 pm central standard time will be mailed out the next business day.
In most cases you will receive your materials in about 2-3 days.
Do your courses come with textbooks or videos?
All of our courses are text based except for the Chair Massage and the
Sports Massage home study courses which use DVD's.
I ordered a course to be emailed to me, when and how will I receive it?
Courses ordered to be emailed in PDF format will be emailed to you within 12
hours of purchase. During normal business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm
central standard time), you can expect your course to be emailed to you
right away. You will need Adobe Reader, a very common and free software, to open and complete your course.
All instructions for completion are included. If you don't have Adobe
Reader,
download it free here.
How long do I have to complete the course?
There is no
time limit for completing your course.
Why do you use PayPal to process your transactions?
PayPal is one of the most secure credit card processing companies that
exist. The reputation of PayPal is outstanding and every transaction is
guaranteed safe! PayPal has been used worldwide for over 15 years. Please
be assured that when you pay using PayPal, your identity and information
are
safe.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?
No, you do
not need to have a PayPal account to order through us. PayPal is a third
party credit card processing company. There is no need to set up a
PayPal account, all of your information is secure and safe! When
ordering please click "continue" under the "Don't
have a PayPal account?" heading to purchase without setting up a PayPal
account.
How can I place a phone or mail in order?
For phone
orders, call 866-784-5940. Our normal business hours are 8:30 am to 5:30
pm central standard time. However, we check our phone messages
frequently, so please leave us a message and we will return you phone
call as soon as we receive it.
For mail in
orders please specify which course you would like, add $10.00 shipping
and handling and mail your check or money order to:

What happens if I fail my exam?
If you
happen to receive a score of less than an 80% on your exam, we will
contact you to discuss your options. This rarely happens and you will
never be given a failing grade without the option of retesting.
How long will it take to receive my certificate after I mail in my materials?
Usually, it
will take about 7 business days to receive your certificate after
mailing in your materials, depending on mail time. If you need a copy
sooner, please fax your answer sheet and course evaluation to
605-761-0418 for faster service.
I lost my certificate, what can I do?
If you have
lost your certificate, please
contact us
for another copy at no charge.
Will I receive a display certificate?
No, the certificate of achievement contains to much necessary
information to be made into a display certificate. However, you can
request an attractive display certificate for an additional fee.

For the 6 CE
hour Professional Ethics home study course the breakdown of hours is as
follows:

Boundaries: 2 CE hours
Will you report my CE hours to the NCBTMB or my state board?
No, we send the certificate straight to you. This way we avoid any
confusion and you will have an original copy for your records. The
NCBTMB and state boards that require CE hours usually require that you
complete the renewal form. You will need to keep your certificate, as
stated by your organizations' laws and rules, in the case of an audit.
We do, however, report CE hours to the State of Florida's CE Broker
