NCBTMB and State Board Reporting
When you order a course (either online or over the phone), all materials needed to complete your course are included as well as detailed instructions, a certificate
of achievement and live phone support. You simply read the text and/or watch the DVD and complete a multiple choice exam and course evaluation in order to receive the
CE hours.
You have 3 ordering options: have all materials mailed to you, have materials mailed to you with an online exam or download your course instantly and test online.
Testing online includes an instant certificate!
After you receive your materials (either online or through the mail), you complete the coursework (reading and exam) at your own pace. There is no time limit for
completion. After you complete the exam, if you choose to test online, you receive an instant certificate. If you test on paper, you simply return the answer
sheet/course evaluation to us via mail or fax and a certificate of achievement is then mailed to you.
Once your order is placed, it will be shipped
via USPS Priority Mail. Courses ordered before
12:00 pm central standard time will be shipped
the same day. Courses ordered after 12:00 pm
central standard time will be mailed out the
next business day. In most cases you will
receive your materials in about 2-3 days.
Once your order is placed for you to test online, you have instant access to test online in the member area of your account. All you need to do is log in to your
account and follow the instructions located in the member area to complete your course and receive your instant certificate.
If you are taking a course which requires us to mail your course materials to you with an online exam, your study guide and instructions are available instantly for
download in the member area of your account. Once you receive your textbook and/or DVD you can access the online examination, test online and receive your instant
certificate.
Some of our courses use either a textbook or
a DVD. Some courses use both a textbook and a
DVD. Please see each individual course
page for the exact materials included.

The test questions for all of our courses are
multiple choice and open book.
Online testing is very easy and allows you to
receive your certificate instantly, rather than
waiting for it to be mailed to you. Once you
purchase a course to test online and are ready
to take your exam, you will find in your member
area, under your courses, a “Test” icon. You
simply click on it and begin your exam. There is
no time limit on the exam. However, you need to
complete the entire exam once you begin the
exam. You must pass the exam with an 80% or
better to pass the course. Feel free to review
your textbook/DVD while taking the examination.
You can take the exam up to 3 times if you fail
the first or second time. After you pass the
exam, a “Print Certificate” icon will appear and
you can print your certificate instantly!
If you place an order for all materials to be
mailed to you, with the exam completed on paper,
everything you need to complete your course will
be mailed to you via USPS. You simply read
through the textbook/watch the DVD and answer
the exam questions on to the provided answer
sheet. Feel free to review your textbook/DVD
while taking the examination. Then complete the
course evaluation. Once you are finished you
mail or fax your answer sheet and course
evaluation. We grade your answer sheet and mail
you a certificate of achievement.
When you test online, you can access the
online examination up to 3 times if you happen
to receive a grade less than 80% the first or
second time. If you happen to fail your
examination the third time, contact us to
discuss your options.
If you happen to receive a score of less than an
80% on your paper exam, we will contact you to
discuss your options. This rarely happens and
you will never be given a failing grade without
the option of retesting.
Usually, it will take about 7 business days
to receive your certificate after mailing in
your materials, depending on mail time. If you
need a copy sooner, please choose the online
testing option when ordering or fax your answer
sheet and course evaluation to 605-761-2261 for
faster service.
If you tested online, you can log in to your
account and reprint another certificate
instantly. If your certificate was mailed to you
and you have lost it, please contact us for
another copy. A copy of your original
certificate is $10.00, so please keep your
certificates in a safe place!
No, the certificate of achievement contains
to much necessary information to be made into a
display certificate. However, you can contact us
to request an attractive display certificate to
be mailed to you for $10.00.

No, we send the certificate straight to you.
This way we avoid any confusion and you will have
an original copy for your records. The NCBTMB and state boards that require CE hours usually require that you complete the renewal form. You will need to keep your
certificate, as stated by your organizations' laws and rules, in the case of an audit. We do, however, report CE hours to the State of Florida's CE Broker website and
the State of Mississippi.
